Saunders Brothers is looking for a Farm Market Manager. This employee will oversee the daily operations of our retail Farm Market in Piney River, VA. Applicants must have excellent management and interpersonal skills, enjoy meeting new people, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of a family owned and operated farm market.
Required Qualifications:
Prefer a 4-year college degree (preferred) or high school diploma with 4 years of retail or management experience (preferred). Have excellent math and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Applications. Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to work with Saunders Brothers ‘Family’. Willing to work in a team atmosphere. Be able to handle several tasks at the same time, prioritize workload, and have flexibility as work demands change. Willing to work with Spanish-speaking workers and be open to learning Spanish. Have good communication and listening skills and be able to effectively work with entire staff at Saunders Brothers.
