FoxGuard Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive lead and opportunity generation activities and generate gross margin growth with assigned accounts as part of a highly-motivated sales team. The Associate Account Executive will execute outbound sales development campaigns to create qualified leads and opportunities, provide sales support, manage small customer accounts and close deals as appropriate/assigned by the Sales Director. Remote work options may be considered. The Associate Account Executive will generate new business opportunities by following processes to prospect into business accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Assigned sales goals will be achieved by be achieved by: Finding and filtering lists of leads per our sales and marketing campaign strategy; Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the target markets and FoxGuard products/services; Creating and winning sales opportunities to deliver against a sales quota; Securing long term relationships/agreements with key accounts; Developing new opportunities and increasing profitability within existing or assigned accounts. What will you be doing? Utilize your technical and value-based knowledge to create leads to meet our lead generation goals. Create sales opportunities to achieve our pipeline creation goals Ask qualifying questions to better understand needs and timing and ensure a 4 or greater score on opportunities to meet our win rate goals. Close deals to achieve Sales Quotas Tasks include: Prospecting into list of target accounts to develop new opportunities Cold calling/cold emailing to generate new leads and opportunities Manage and maintain pipeline of interested prospects Perform industry and customer analysis to build insight. Identify, qualify and validate prospective company decision makers and influencers and build relationships to create opportunities. Identify key buying decision criteria and tailor our solutions to make proposals and win deals. Perform Win/Loss analysis on opportunities, anchor learnings. Follow-up with current customers to identify additional business needs. Participate in strategy meetings and discussions. Collaborate with FoxGuard Engineering to provide the best technical solution. Maintain pipeline, opportunities, and activities in CRM. Make pre-show calls to exhibitors or attendees to coordinate trade-show events. Attend and work trade shows and industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have at least 2 years inside sales, business development, or telemarketing experience, incorporating value/service selling. Must be able to effectively communicate over the phone, through mail, email and face-to-face. Must be able to initiate dialogue with a range of people, from engineers to senior-level decision-makers. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time management and prioritization skills are essential. Possess superior follow-up skills with the ability to respond under pressure. Must be able to utilize a variety of resources to get to the right people (e.g. LinkedIn, company web sites, referrals etc.).
