Structural Engineer for Building Rehabilitation and Repair - We are growing and have no shortage of interesting projects ranging from historic to not so old building structures. We have immediate openings for all levels of experience in our Columbia, Maryland office for investigating, designing, bidding, and performing construction phase services to remediate a wide variety of structural and building envelope deficiencies. Unleash your inner detective to help building owners solve their structural and building envelope problems. We see it all and you will have stories to tell your friends about your interesting projects. We never get bored due to the wide range of problems to be solved and their locations. This includes high-rise residential buildings, commercial office buildings, low- and mid-rise apartments, shopping centers, and historic properties in need of repairs to building envelopes, façades, balconies, waterproofing, retaining walls, and foundation settlement conditions. We work in a wide palette of materials including concrete, masonry, wood, steel, stone, light gage steel, and carbon fiber. Tired of being constrained to an office? Required Qualifications:
4 Year Civil Engineering Degree Proficient in AutoCAD Outstanding Communication Skills Willingness to Learn
