Tema Isenmann Inc., a producer of urethane screen media and wear liners based in Lexington, Kentucky, is accepting applications for a Northeast U.S. Regional Sales Rep. This position will be for the Aggregate operations located in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Applicants are expected to have a good basic technical understanding of mining operations and equipment, especially screening equipment and screening media. Tema Isenmann is a financially sound independently owned company operating worldwide. Responsibilities: • Working with a dealer network, maintain and grow the current business in the aggregate industry in the states listed above. • Prepare and complete action plans and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. • Research and develop additional sales opportunities in all facets of the mining industry. • Build and develop trusting relationships with customers in the aggregate industry and TEMA ISENMANN coworkers. • Schedule and maintain the required travel schedule to properly cover the territory. • Conduct customer site visits and collect pertinent information to recommend equipment sales. • Any and all other duties required for the success and development in the defined territory. Compensation: TEMA ISENMANN offers a comprehensive compensation package to all its employees, this is based on past experience, knowledge, and is negotiable. This position offers a base salary with commission on sales as well as other benefits offered by the company.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications: • Must reside in one of the listed states in the job description or be willing to relocate. • A good knowledge of mining operations and processing plant flows. • Strong computer skills. • Excellent reporting, communication, and verbal skills. • Experience in mining equipment sales is preferred. • An honest and ethical work standard.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Mining/Aggregate operations experience preferred.
