Technical Services Manager - Aggregate Operations

Vulcan Materials is hiring a Technical Services Manager for our aggregate operations in Virginia. The role would involve: • Management of our QC program for 11 Quarries and 13 sales yards • Technical support to sales and customers • Troubleshooting technical issues with aggregate, asphalt and concrete • Support to our aggregate crushing operations in terms of production efficiencies, plant analysis, etc. • Oversight of exploration testing of new aggregate and sand sources • Participation in state trade association technical committees • Working with and maintaining relationships with VDOT technical and construction personnel
Required Qualifications:
Civil engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineering license
