ITCON Services is seeking an energetic and engaged professional as an HR Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site at ITCON Services headquarters in Tysons Corner, Vienna, Virginia. >> Responsibilities>> ---Support the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies and facilitate change management that is aligned with company goals. ---Create programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement, including employee recognition, events, and activities. ---Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. ---Collect and analyze data related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and retention, to help the organization make informed decisions. ---Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and policies, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, SCA and OSHA. ---Manage employee relations, including handling complaints, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on personnel policies and procedures. ---Support the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified job applicants as well as managing contract recruiting resources; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings in a proactive manner. ---Hands-on experience dealing with payroll taxation, unemployment, workers compensation, and HR compliance needs. ---Hands on experience advising management on employee performance issues including documenting performance improvement plans and facilitating performance improvement meetings. ---Support other corporate initiatives as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

---Bachelors degree, ideally in human resources or related field. PHR or SPHR desired. ---5+ years progressively more responsible human resources experience. ---Previous experience supporting government IT contracting organizations is a plus.
