Do you feel motivated to teach kids about the world around them? The Roanoke Valley SPCA is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Counselor for the 2024 season. The Summer Camp Counselor furthers the mission of the Roanoke Valley SPCA by assisting with our humane education summer camps for children in the 4th through 10th grades. They are responsible for executing day-to-day activities, daily care of the campers, and assisting with lessons and field trips for campers. They are responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Successful Completion of Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License, Child/Adult CPR and First Aid Certification
