About the Role: TechPride seeks a Senior Business Operations Analyst with 2-4 years of related experience to join our growing Operations Team. The Senior Business Operations Analyst should have a strong desire to grow in their understanding of business operations and have a background in operational support including some or all of the following areas: human resources/recruiting, IT, security, contracts and other general operations support. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Blacksburg, VA and will require onsite work at our Blacksburg office 2-3 days per week. Role’s Value and Impact: TechPride is growing! This role would join the Operations Team in implementing new ideas, ensuring our quality standards, and helping to improve processes. We specialize in management consulting services supporting program management, continual process improvement, strategic planning and implementation, organizational change management, executive coaching, strategic communications, information technology (IT) and software development and customization. Responsibilities: General Operations (40%) • Supporting various operations programs • Assisting Executive Team with tasks and projects as needed • Drafting bi-monthly operations-focused newsletter • Assisting in the ISO 9001 audit process Human Resources (20%) • Supporting recruiting responsibilities • Conducting general research regarding HR laws, policies, and best practices Contracts (15%) • Assisting in reviewing contracts • Implementing and maintaining TechPride’s knowledge management policies Security (15%) • Support TechPride’s Facilities Security Officer as needed • Assisting with security onboarding and new hire trainings • Coordinating client access card updates Information Technology (10%) • Helping to review policies and procedures • Assisting with the process of CMMC certification
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • 2-4 years of experience in business operations or related roles • Experience with detail-oriented responsibilities • Excellent communication skills – written and oral • Must be a self-starter, taking ownership of work, with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings • Proven ability to support and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven process • Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain a security clearance if needed Transferable Skills • Problem solving and critical thinking • Thinking proactively and taking initiative • Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing according to importance • Flexibility to pivot and adapt to changes • Considering the details and ensuring accuracy in the small things • Building trustworthy and responsive relationships with colleagues and clients
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, is desirable
