The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • Highly organized and detail-oriented • 3+ years payroll and/or general accounting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Google Sheets/Docs, and payroll software • Long-term career opportunity seeker in Roanoke • Experience in vendor relationships, full-cycle A/R processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll compliance

• Stewardship of ETS Recruit’s financial health through accurate management of A/R, A/P, and payroll. • Engage with CFO, President, VP of HR, VP of Marketing & IT, Account Executives, and Recruiter Support. • Assist in establishing yearly financial objectives and annual planning processes. • Prepare financial reports and maintain operating budgets. • Continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing accounting software systems and automation processes to ensure efficiency. • Manage cash flow planning, A/R and A/P processes, and payroll administration. • Serve as point of contact for client relations and ensure timely collection of receivables.
