The ideal candidate uses critical, analytical thinking to troubleshoot non-compliance to ensure accuracy, time management to ensure that all required documentation is submitted on time, and a strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of numerical data. Because Junior Rebate Analysts process rebates/incentives through utility programs, they see, firsthand, the benefits of these programs and how they promote sustainability and energy efficiency by incentivizing the construction of energy efficient residential properties. THE ROLE Job Location: This position is based in our main office in Fairfax, VA with the option of a hybrid remote/office work schedule after the completion of the employee's 90 Day Performance Review. Required Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred Training will be provided and is required for this position. Additional Requirements: Experience with construction and/or energy efficiency code compliance is not required but is a PLUS Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions Ability to effectively communicate with other disciplines or groups Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills Excellent reporting skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and time management skills Must have strong software experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
