Looking for a military veteran interested in ownership. Service-based business has excellent profit record and steady base of clients. Learn about our business from two veteran leaders, transition over several years into an ownership position eventually assuming full control.

Required Qualifications:

Military experience in project management, but more importantly, people management. Especially the care of highly talented software developers and their families. Intent on delivering excellent value for our customers, an attitude of abundance, and enthusiasm for the New RIver Valley.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hokie - either by undergrad or graduate degree. Engineering, software or technology experience. Long-term commitment to the New River Valley.

Leadership team transitioning to ownership with milestones along the way. Note that pay range is a starting number and can be adjusted as you rise in responsibility, or develop a stock ownership plan with us. It's more important that we meet and find a good fit: we can make the compensation work for the right-fit person.
