The Assistant Project Manager will work directly with a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. Duties involve assistance in handling daily operations, administration to keep projects on budget and on schedule, ensuring company standards for quality are met, controlling documents, reviewing submittals, communicating with trade partners, tracking costs, assisting with scheduling activities, ensuring safety compliance, permitting, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants should have a college degree in construction or engineering, minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience, and proficiency with sector-specific software. Applicants must be a good team member, possess strong written & verbal communications skills, be motivated and self-driven, have integrity and be quality focused.
