The Project Superintendent manages daily on-site operations and works with the Project Manager to ensure the project comes in on time, on budget, and in compliance with Taylor & Parrish's quality standards. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage relationships with subcontractors, maintain project schedules and be able to lead on-site activities.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should have a college degree in construction or engineering, minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience, and proficiency with sector-specific software. Applicants must be a good team member, possess strong written & verbal communications skills, be self-driven, have integrity and be quality focused.
