The Test Engineering Supervisor – works within the Engineering Department to perform testing of products manufactured by the Data Center team.  This position will be responsible for the leading design, maintenance and enhancement of the laboratories.  He or she is responsible for the supervision of the test technicians within the laboratory.  The laboratories support the both the North American Data Center market as well as products that span Climate Solution Regions (Americas, EMEA, and Asia).  

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment production. Working knowledge of Lab View and Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
