We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our growing Oracle Cloud and AI engineering team. This role is ideal for someone 1 year out of school who has hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (especially Claude Code) and wants to apply those skills to real enterprise systems, not just demos. You’ll work alongside senior architects and integration specialists to design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion integrations and PaaS-based services, using modern AI-assisted development practices. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong mentorship and a clear growth path. Location: Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 1-3 years of professional or internship experience in software development Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tools) for real development tasks Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar Basic understanding of: REST APIs JSON / XML Git or other version control Strong curiosity about AI-assisted development and enterprise systems Clear communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM) is an asset Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle PaaS Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure) Experience building or consuming APIs Coursework or projects involving: AI tools in software development Automation or integration projects
