We are seeking a Project Architect who is ready to take ownership of the design process. This role is perfect for a talented professional completing their AXP or recently licensed and looking for a firm where they can truly make a mark. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-End Project Leadership: Leading projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration. • Diverse Portfolio Management: Managing feasibility studies and grant-funded historic rehabilitations. • Community Impact: Partnering with municipalities and non-profits to address diversity and economic growth through design. • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working side-by-side with our planning and landscape studios to deliver cohesive, high-impact environments.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience, specifically in project delivery, construction documents, and specification writing. • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Revit (3+ years of professional use) is essential. • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. • The "Soft" Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to transition seamlessly between multiple projects. • On-Site Capability: Ability to maneuver around job sites and buildings during field visits. • Responsibilities: Include all the facets of professional practice, from the procurement process, through design and construction documents, and construction administration.
