Lawyers Road Quarry 762 Lawyers Road Lynchburg, VA 24501 950,000 Tons 15 Employeesandnbsp; Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manages an aggregates plant/site Typically manages foremen and/or lead production employees with multiple teams of hourly production workers Ensures annual production and profitability targets are reached Has responsibility for the plant/site’s profit and lossandnbsp; Develops and manages the budget for own site Ensures safety and health policies are followed Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies Complies with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations Oversees planning and scheduling activities Leads process improvements within own plant/site Leads project or planning activities
Required Qualifications:
