The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and making decisions based on the company’s financial stability. The CFO’s duties include managing cash flow and financial planning in addition to analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. General Responsibilities and Tasks/Duties Manage Finance and Accounting Division (50% of time allocated) - Close the company monthly and annual financials. - Review daily cash flow and reconcile cash accounts. - Review and reconcile Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts. - Report monthly financials and trends to CEO and owners. - Prepare annual company forecast and capital needs. - Analyze and manage Line of Credit needs with financial institute partners. - Report Borrowing Base Certificate, Financial Reports and supporting documents to lenders. - Prepare and supply supporting documents for annual CPA and Bank audits. - Prepare and submit federal, state, and local reporting requirements. Manage and oversee HR, IT and Maintenance departments (10 % of time allocated) - Handle employee health insurance and other benefits issues. - Work with the Controller on employee issues and concerns that may present themselves on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. - Review and approve IT infrastructure needs and ensure that issues are addressed and resolved. - Create, improve, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures. - Overlook facility needs throughout the company and analyze and review capital costs. - Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the company meets all OSHA, State and Federal regulations. Company Benefits (15% of time allocated) - Review and audit all employee health insurance/life insurance and other company benefits monthly/annually. - Oversee and manage ESOP/401k accounts and employee distributions. - Negotiate and review annual company Health Insurance Plan. - Prepare and present annual Health and ESOP benefits to employees. - Review, reconcile and prepare monthly ESOP financial statements. Support CEO, owners and management with special projects which include but are not limited to: (15% of time allocated) - Company Technician Utilization reporting. - Labor Reports. - Support Sales Divisions with requested documentation and certificates as needed. - Parts Inventory control and review. - Review, reconcile and prepare monthly financial reports for F&P Development, LLC, and SMMT. - Prepare and present biannual and annual Board of Directors company financials. - Vice Chairman for the Virginia Commerce Group Self Insurance Association. - Various supporting reports and data requirements as needed from time to time. Enterprise Leadership: (10%) - This role is expected to practice enterprise leadership as defined in the Enterprise Leadership Expectations – Vice President Level. Expectations/Successes: The Chief Financial Officer uses his/her financial experience and analytic thinking to accurately evaluate the company’s financial health. A good CFO has excellent communication skills for writing reports, giving presentations, and providing suggestions about company finances. He or she supports the CEO and is ready to support and challenge him/her in leading the company. The primary role of the CFO is to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company and ensure that the shareholders’ expectations are met. Overall success can be observed with profitable company growth, a well-funded and understood ESOP program, and high business ethics that shape the • MBA and/or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting. • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles. • Proficient with accounting software (CDK), Excel, Word, Outlook. • Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills. • Strategic and analytical thinking. • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. of the greater organization.

Required Qualifications:
