We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned, locally operated small animal general practice in Pineville, North Carolina. Work-Life Balance Matters We understand that a sustainable career in veterinary medicine requires time both inside and outside the hospital. • Full-time schedule: 4 days per week • Doctor hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Hospital hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM • One Saturday every other month • No evening shifts • No holiday hours

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree • Valid North Carolina veterinary license in good standing prior to employment & DEA registration • Clinical proficiency in small animal medicine (primarily canine and feline), including physical exams, diagnostics, treatment planning for common conditions, surgery, and dentistry • Strong client communication skills • Comfort with medical recordkeeping • Commitment to professional development, including staying current with standards of care
