Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment Experience using Microsoft Office Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with delivering professional services to the federal government Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology Project Management Certification
