We are looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager for a large commercial project in Culpeper, Virginia. We are actively accepting resumes from recent graduates looking to launch their careers—this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction project management, procurement, project coordination, subcontractor management, and field operations. Important Application Requirement: This position is strictly on-site in Culpeper, VA. Candidates must currently live in the local vicinity to be considered. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to assist with project planning, tracking schedules, and supporting day-to-day construction operations. Documentation & Administration: Process RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals accurately and efficiently. Procurement & Vendor Management: Assist with procurement activities and coordinate directly with vendors and subcontractors. Communication: Attend project meetings and help maintain clear communication across field operations.
