We are looking for our next Analyst. Analysts build the foundational knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to support clients and advisory teams at a high level. Working alongside experienced advisors, Analysts gain exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations while participating in structured training, coaching, and hands-on development opportunities. Through meaningful client work and continuous learning, Analysts develop the capabilities needed to take on increasing responsibility and grow within the advisory profession.
Required Qualifications:
Your Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics) Academic success and other internships or work-related experience preferred. Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire. Strong interest in pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credential in the future. Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Windows) required; expected to learn other position-related systems on the job.
