Educate clients, maintain thorough medical records, collaborate with fellow doctors, and guide and mentor support staff while contributing to a positive workplace. Qualifications • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program • Current Virginia veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure • Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to high-quality medicine and continued learning • Two or more years of small animal general practice experience preferred, including soft tissue surgery and dentistry; not required Equipment & Team Support Our hospital features IDEXX VetLab in-house diagnostics, Midmark high-speed dental equipment, digital dental radiography, a surgical suite with advanced anesthetic monitoring, and AVImark practice management software.
