Position Summary Responsible for all accounts payable processing Oversight of company credit cards Customer payment processing Primary Responsibilities Three-way match with vendor invoices, PO and packing slips Accurately enter vendor invoices into Sage Intacct Oversee automated expense report software (company credit cards) Implement automated accounts payable software Pay vendor invoices with credit cards Calculate sales tax due and remit Run report and pull weekly A/P invoices due Enter and reconcile customer payments Reconcile customer credit card payment batches COIs for Customers 1099 Processing

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to use computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods Other Functions and Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications, Etc. 2+ years Accounts Payable experience or Degree from a 2- or 4-year college Experience with software conversions Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment Sage Intacct or other accounting software experience Must be 18 years of age or older
