Intern Architect/ Project Manager

Our firm is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a need for a project manager/ intern architect. The candidate will need to have a firm understanding of all phase of the design process since they will be directly involved with multiple projects from initial design to construction administration. A high level of personal organization and flexibility is a must, and a firm understanding of Revit is required. We do not require a AIA or state license but we do require that the candidate is currently perusing their licensing exam. We take pride in the fact that about 80% of our clients are repeat clients. Customer service is a high priority to us. Applicants must good personal skills, be able to participate in meetings and work as a team both within the office and in the field environments.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a proven track record of taking on multiple projects and teaching/leading team members. Must be a hands on, highly organized individual. Revit skills are a must, and standard computer skills are required (Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop) Healthcare design related knowledge is a plus. Pay based on experience + 401k
