Project Manager, Preconstruction Reviewer

Keen Building Inspections, LLC seeks an architectural Project Manager to perform Preconstruction Reviews of documents provided by bank clients (construction loans). Our rapidly growing business in Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., demands that we add a professional representative to our team. As the business grows we expect to have opportunities for additional representatives. The person in this position is responsible for communicating with bank clients and their borrowers regarding their construction loans, reviewing the documentation provided, and writing a formal report that describes the project, assesses the general quality of the documentation, and provides an opinion of the projected construction costs by CSI categories. In addition, the report writer will identify any issues or items that, in the opinion of KBI, should be corrected for the successful completion of the project.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, business, economics, finance, mathematics, computer science or similar degree. • Experience with construction projects and / or the work of architects of other affiliated professionals. • Previous experience working in a management capacity.
