Responsibilities: - Lead WillowTree’s client engagement teams made up of 350+ developers and testers and 50+ Project Managers - Work hand in hand with our executive team to create the leading delivery team in our industry - Through Digital Transformation goals, you’ll ensure that our delivery team offers breakthrough technical solutions to clients while driving excellent financial results - Specifically, ensure we are world-class in: Team Management Client Management Technical Project Management Product Management - Engage directly with senior executives to drive client intimacy and satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue and increasing EBITDA margins through increased rates and utilization - Understand the financial levers of the business to optimize delivery economics and utilization - Grow our delivery team from 500 to several 1,500+ over the next five years - Implement processes to ensure consistent delivery among multiple locations while maintaining our autonomy-based culture - Research and propose management structures as the team expands Attributes: - Passion for large-scale client-facing engagements - Deep understanding of technical software delivery and product excellence - Appreciation for team psychology (both internally and client-facing) - Alignment with WillowTree’s Core Values - You value excellence in performance through autonomy and feedback - Competence in driving improvement in Income Statement and Balance Sheet Metrics - If you’ve ever said, “If we could just restart how we operate this [consulting] company from scratch...” this job is for you
Required Qualifications:
Experience: - 15+ years at Top Tier Management Consulting firm or Systems Integrator - Demonstrated excellence in: Simplifying complex problems World-class communications Comfort with confrontation and owning difficult decisions Bringing positive energy into any situation - Deep technical experience including engineering or science degree - An understanding of core financial levers in a services business - You’ve demonstrated an ability to lead change management at scale - You’ve delivered top tier software products - Demonstrated ability to grow major client accounts - Managed and led teams including developing top tier leadership - Deployed feedback and trained regimens at scale
