Service positions primary duties will include troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts & equipment in modern poultry production facilities. Your customer base will include major integrators and local poultry operations across Hardy and surrounding counties. This is a great opportunity for an individual with on-farm poultry production experience and an aptitude for fixing mechanical parts & equipment. Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background:•Ability to use tools associated with the repair of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems •Approved safe driving record •Familiarity with the poultry production industry and the poultry producers in the area preferred •Knowledge of parts and equipment used in modern poultry production facilities •At least 2 years of prior experience repairing and replacing electrical and mechanical equipment is required •Prior experience working with the systems found in modern poultry facilities (e.g. ventilation, feeding/watering, heating…) is preferred
